PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING

 

STEP
  • Complete the STEP Application (Word or PDF)
  • Parent's signature is required
  • School counselors must complete required information on the application
  • Print and mail the completed application

 

 

EXCEL
  • Complete the Pipeline Program Application (Word or PDF)
  • Complete the EXCEL Supplemental Application (Word or PDF)
  • Submit two (2) Letters of Recommendation (Word or PDF)
  • Be sure to sign pages 1 and 4 of the Pipeline Program Application
  • Be sure to type your name on each application page where requested.
  • Be sure your application is dated
  • Submit official transcripts sent by your high school
  • Print and mail the completed application and all supplemental materials

 

MEDCORP I

  • Complete the Pipeline Program Application (Word or PDF)
  • Complete the MEDCORP I Supplemental Application (Word)
  • Submit two (2) Letters of Recommendation (Word or PDF)
  • Be sure to sign pages 1 and 4 of the Pipeline Program Application
  • Be sure to type your name on each application page where requested.
  • Be sure your application is dated
  • Submit official transcripts sent by your high school with ACT scores
  • Print and mail the completed application and all supplemental materials

 

MEDCORP II
